Mô tả chung:
- Drafting, editing and managing administrative documents related to business such as making offers, quotations, contracts…;
- Receive and process orders, contact to confirm customer orders for assigned customers, track pickup schedules;
- Manage customer information and sales data, organize customer care, build effective sales plans and coordinate with departments to propose promotions and discounts if needed;
- Coordination of inventory management, regular import-export data monitoring, stock status, Shellife, inventory reconciliation and continuous reporting;
- Coordinating delivery, tracking details daily with forwarders and garages, controlling transportation costs;
- Working with customers, coordinating with other departments in promoting debt collection and resolving customer complaints;
- Periodic reports on sales, quantity sold, import-export-inventory, forecast and other reports;
- Other duties as required by the Sales Director.
Yêu cầu:
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Economics/Commerce/Accounting or other related disciplines;
- Having 1-2 years of working experience in the same position;
- Customer service orientation; good negotiation, persuasion, presentation and problem-solving skills;
- Decisive, dynamic, know how to manage, team-work;
